In the unlikely event your furniture arrives damaged, short or incorrect, we must be notified within 30 days of receipt of the goods and we will make arrangements to resolve the issue.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original unused condition within 30 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the cost of the item. If you wish to return goods to us you must send them back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk. We will be unable to issue refunds for items that we do not receive.

You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen working days of receiving your purchase. This fourteen day period begins the day after you receive the items from us. Please notify us in writing or via email within fourteen working days that you wish to cancel your order and that you intend to return the item(s) and we will be happy to offer you a full refund on the cost of the items and the original delivery charge you paid on your order for us to send the goods to you (if applicable).

We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.

In the event of us sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the item to us within 30 days. We reserve the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the item within 30 days of receiving the replacement item.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Returning a Purchase

1. Items can be returned in person to our department store in Clitheroe or Skipton.

2. If returning items by post or courier please send to the address above.

3. We do not offer a free returns service.

    collect + logo has parcel drop points in over 5,000 local convenience stores across the UK. Most are open early until late, 7 days a week, so you can return items at a time and a place that suits you. Your parcel must weigh less than 10kgs and be no larger than 50cm x 30cm x 30cm to be eligible for Collect+ returns.

    Take your parcel to the Post Office and request the standard parcel delivery service (if you parcel contents value is greater than £46 then you may wish to take out additional insurance).


Please Note: If you use one of the services listed above then your contract to return items is taken out with companies listed above and it is their responsibility to return the items to us. We are only able to issues refunds for items received back to us.
