General Information Bramblecrest advise the use of a protective furniture cover when the product is not in use Cushions can be covered in the summer months provided they are kept well ventilated and a weekly visual check against mould, damp and animal damage is carried out During prolonged periods of non-use and in the winter months it is advised that all cushions are stored indoors in a warm, dry environment Care & Maintenance Clean using a non-abrasive sponge and lukewarm detergent-free soapy water Clean ceramic table-top using a proprietary multisurface cleaner To avoid permanent stains spillages should be wiped up as soon as possible Minimal maintenance required. Wash frames with warm soapy water using a soft sponge, rinse and dry

Orders for smaller items will be despatched with DPD LOCAL or other courier service.

IN STOCK ITEMS - Current delivery estimates for in stock items is approximately 7 - 14 working days from date of order.
PRE ORDER - Placing a pre order will allocate the stock that will be arriving to you. You will be paying upfront and this will reserve the items for you. Please check each product for pre order availability.
LARGE BULKY FURNITURE SET ORDERS - Deliveries will be made using a pallet delivery service, this is to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. The delivery driver will not be able to carry the furniture up or down steps, carry the furniture through a property, wheel the pallet across a gravel driveway or up particularly steep driveways. Unfortunately the delivery company will be unable to remove items from the pallet or take the pallet away with them. The driver will normally only be able to wheel the pallet as far as physically possible which may even be the kerbside. Please Note: For large furniture set deliveries we will call to arrange a convenient day for delivery.
SMALLER ITEMS Orders for items including smaller tables, up to 4 chairs, standard parasols, covers and individual furniture items may be despatched using DPD LOCAL or other courier who will send emails and text messages regarding your delivery. Please look out for these for delivery updates.
