There are many factors which influence the performance of tent in tough weather conditions. Coleman use the latest technology and a rigorous testing regime to ensure that we keep you protected at all times - whatever the weather. One key area we examine is a tent's ability to repel water. A fabric's waterproof properties are measured using a rating called hydrostatic head. If a tent has a hydrostatic head of 3000mm it means that a 3 metre column of water can be placed on its surface before any drops will show through the underside of the fabric. The areas of the tent rigorously assessed within WeatherTec�+ system include: fabrics, flysheet and ground sheet seams and zipper water tightness. Read more Fire Retardant - safety first! PRE ORDER - Placing a pre order will allocate the stock that will be arriving to you. You will be paying upfront and this will reserve the items for you. Please check each product for pre order availability.
LARGE BULKY FURNITURE SET ORDERS - Deliveries will be made using a pallet delivery service, this is to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. The delivery driver will not be able to carry the furniture up or down steps, carry the furniture through a property, wheel the pallet across a gravel driveway or up particularly steep driveways. Unfortunately the delivery company will be unable to remove items from the pallet or take the pallet away with them. The driver will normally only be able to wheel the pallet as far as physically possible which may even be the kerbside. Please Note: For large furniture set deliveries we will call to arrange a convenient day for delivery.
SMALLER ITEMS Orders for items including smaller tables, up to 4 chairs, standard parasols, covers and individual furniture items may be despatched using DPD LOCAL or other courier who will send emails and text messages regarding your delivery. Please look out for these for delivery updates.
