We currently only deliver items to the UK Mainland - all other destinations are excluded. Any orders made for delivery outside of the UK Mainland will be cancelled automatically.
Deliveries are made between the hours of 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
Most garden furniture will require some assembly and will arrived flat packed.
We need to be notified of damage, shortages or incorrectly received items within 30 days. Contact us before returning any damaged, faulty or incorrectly received items.
You may be required to pay extra for delivery and it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations.
Right for you to cancel your contract
You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the 14th working day from the day after the date you receive the ordered goods. You do not need to give us any reason for canceling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty.
To cancel your contract you must notify us in writing or email to [email protected].
If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
If you cancel your contract when we have already processed the goods for delivery but not yet received the goods then we will make every reasonable effort to stop the delivery. If we are unable to recall the order and you refuse to accept the goods or advise us that you do not require the order then we will be entitled to keep or receive an amount sufficient to cover our losses (shipping charges) that directly result from your cancellation.
This can be up to a value of £100 but will be handled on a case-by-case basis but we will be able to explain how we calculate the amount we are charging/withholding you for cancelling the contract.
Once you have notified us that you are canceling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.
If you cancel the contract but do not return the goods to us in the condition they were in when delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
