Delivery Information
IN STOCK ITEMS - Current delivery estimates for in stock items is approximately 7 - 10 working days from date of order.
PRE ORDER - Placing a PRE ORDER will allocate the stock that will be arriving to you. You will be paying upfront and this will reserve the items for you. Please check each product for PRE ORDER availability. The date shown will be the date the stock is arriving into our warehouse.
LARGE BULKY FURNITURE SET ORDERS - Deliveries will be made using a pallet delivery service [read more], this is to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. The delivery driver will not be able to carry the furniture up or down steps, carry the furniture through a property, wheel the pallet across a gravel driveway or up particularly steep driveways. Unfortunately the delivery company will be unable to remove items from the pallet or take the pallet away with them. The driver will normally only be able to wheel the pallet as far as physically possible which may even be the kerbside. Please Note: For large furniture set deliveries we will call to arrange a convenient day for delivery.
SMALLER ITEMS, BISTRO SETS, PARASOLS, COVERS, CHAIRS - Orders for items including smaller tables, up to 4 chairs, standard parasols, covers and individual furniture items may be despatched using DPD LOCAL or other couriers who will send emails and text messages regarding your delivery. Please look out for these for delivery updates.
TWO MAN DELIVERY - Some garden furniture orders will be despatched using a 2 MAN DELIVERY Service. Included in the delivery service is the advantage of having the furniture taken to the desired location in or around your property.
We use a specialist 2 man delivery company of our choice. They will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and on the delivery day they will provide a 2 hour delivery slot so you can plan the rest of your day.
Please note that delivery times for this service may extend to an additional 5 - 7 working days beyond our current delivery estimates.
FREE ARM PARASOLS - Some Free Arm Parasols may be despatched with a courier who specialize in delivering long oversize boxes. You will be contacted prior to delivery to arrange a convenient delivery date.
DIRECT DELIVERY - Some items may be available for purchase on a direct delivery service this means the item may not be held in our warehouse but in the manufacturers warehouse. Once an order is placed we will contact the manufacturer to arrange the delivery to you.

The stylish and simple Kettler Siena - 6 Seat Rectangular Mesh Table Garden Furniture Set is absolutely weatherproof and very low maintenance so will make a great addition to any garden, terrace patio or outdoor living area for sitting outdoors in comfort to enjoy the Great British summer plus as it is built from durable steel mesh with an Enhanced Thermoguard+ coating so there are no problems when the weather turns nasty.
The Iron Grey colour of the Siena furniture will subtly and unobtrusively complement most surroundings and will combine well with other items to create versatile and practical seating and outdoor dining options for most locations in both comfort and style.
The Kettler Siena Chairs - Iron Grey feature a traditional design with a subtle floral detail on the chair back though this does not compromise on the comfort of the chair as it's ergonomically shaped with armrests that are carefully designed to ensure that the chair is much more comfortable to sit in while the protective footcaps provide an added defence against harder surfaces. The chairs will stack away for storage when not in use creating space or as protection from strong winds.
The mesh topped tables feature height adjusters making them ideal for use on uneven ground as they will be wobble free with the protective footcaps keeping the base of the table legs protected as the tough mesh material used keeps the table standing all year round whatever the weather.
Kettler have a full range of separately purchasable parasols and other accessories available including tailored cushions to give more comfort to the chair which are available in 3 traditional colours.

Pallet Deliveries - 1 Man Delivery Service

The delivery driver will not be able to carry the furniture up or down steps, carry the furniture through a property, wheel the pallet across a gravel driveway or up particularly steep driveways. Unfortunately the delivery company will be unable to remove items from the pallet or take the pallet away with them.
The driver will normally only be able to wheel the pallet as far as physically possible which may even be the kerbside.
On pallet deliveries please assume the delivery will be made on a long heavy goods vehicle, please contact us if there are weight, height or parking restrictions or difficult access points before your order is despatched so that we can make alternative arrangements, failure to do so may result in a failed delivery and re-delivery charge.
Pallet deliveries cannot be made :
On to soft ground such as grass, gravel, or soil.
To a premises where it is illegal for a lorry to park or offload.
Where the surface of the access road is very unstable, soft or muddy.
Where the access road is on a steep incline.
Where the access road does not provide 10 feet (3.05m) width clearance and 14 feet (4.27m) vertical clearance.
