General Information Bramblecrest advise the use of a protective furniture cover when the product is not in use. Cushions can be covered in the summer months provided they are kept well ventilated and a weekly visual check against mould, damp and animal damage is carried out. During prolonged periods of non-use and in the winter months it is advised that all cushions are stored indoors in a warm, dry environment Where teak inserts can be removed it is advised that they are stored indoors when not in use. In the event that teak is covered Bramblecrest advise that a weekly visual check against mould and damp is carried out. To provide a consistent look and finish to all teak parts making up a set, it is advised that all teak components are maintained in the same way.
Care & Maintenance Clean using a non-abrasive sponge and lukewarm detergent-free soapy water Hand wash cushion covers at 30 degrees To avoid permanent stains spillages should be wiped up as soon as possible
Teak table top Remove general surface dirt with a bucket of warm detergent-free soapy water and a stiff scrubbing brush Remove stubborn stains with sand paper when dry. Always sand with and not against the grain of the wood If the wood becomes rough and a smooth finish is preferred, use fine sand paper to smooth off surface areas To maintain the original brown colour of the wood use Bramblecrest teak protector, available at www.bramblecrest.com Bramblecrest advise against the use of teak oil. Teak oil can result in dark patchy surface areas
Delivery Information
IN STOCK ITEMS - Current delivery estimates for in stock items is approximately 7 - 10 working days from date of order.
PRE ORDER - Placing a PRE ORDER will allocate the stock that will be arriving to you. You will be paying upfront and this will reserve the items for you. Please check each product for PRE ORDER availability. The date shown will be the date the stock is arriving into our warehouse.
LARGE BULKY FURNITURE SET ORDERS - Deliveries will be made using a pallet delivery service [read more], this is to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. The delivery driver will not be able to carry the furniture up or down steps, carry the furniture through a property, wheel the pallet across a gravel driveway or up particularly steep driveways. Unfortunately the delivery company will be unable to remove items from the pallet or take the pallet away with them. The driver will normally only be able to wheel the pallet as far as physically possible which may even be the kerbside. Please Note: For large furniture set deliveries we will call to arrange a convenient day for delivery.
SMALLER ITEMS, BISTRO SETS, PARASOLS, COVERS, CHAIRS - Orders for items including smaller tables, up to 4 chairs, standard parasols, covers and individual furniture items may be despatched using DPD LOCAL or other couriers who will send emails and text messages regarding your delivery. Please look out for these for delivery updates.
TWO MAN DELIVERY - Some garden furniture orders will be despatched using a 2 MAN DELIVERY Service. Included in the delivery service is the advantage of having the furniture taken to the desired location in or around your property.
We use a specialist 2 man delivery company of our choice. They will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and on the delivery day they will provide a 2 hour delivery slot so you can plan the rest of your day.
Please note that delivery times for this service may extend to an additional 5 - 7 working days beyond our current delivery estimates.
FREE ARM PARASOLS - Some Free Arm Parasols may be despatched with a courier who specialize in delivering long oversize boxes. You will be contacted prior to delivery to arrange a convenient delivery date.
DIRECT DELIVERY - Some items may be available for purchase on a direct delivery service this means the item may not be held in our warehouse but in the manufacturers warehouse. Once an order is placed we will contact the manufacturer to arrange the delivery to you.

Pallet Deliveries - 1 Man Delivery Service
The majority of garden furniture sets will be delivered on a wooden pallet, this is to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition.
The delivery driver will not be able to carry the furniture up or down steps, carry the furniture through a property, wheel the pallet across a gravel driveway or up particularly steep driveways. Unfortunately the delivery company will be unable to remove items from the pallet or take the pallet away with them.
The driver will normally only be able to wheel the pallet as far as physically possible which may even be the kerbside.
On pallet deliveries please assume the delivery will be made on a long heavy goods vehicle, please contact us if there are weight, height or parking restrictions or difficult access points before your order is despatched so that we can make alternative arrangements, failure to do so may result in a failed delivery and re-delivery charge.
Pallet deliveries cannot be made :
On to soft ground such as grass, gravel, or soil.
To a premises where it is illegal for a lorry to park or offload.
Where the surface of the access road is very unstable, soft or muddy.
Where the access road is on a steep incline.
Where the access road does not provide 10 feet (3.05m) width clearance and 14 feet (4.27m) vertical clearance.
